When you subscribe, you will receive a follow up email within 2 days. This email includes your first member questionnaire. Answers to these questions will help us curate your box.
Subsequent surveys will be sent out periodically as we look for new and exciting products for your box.
Our regular subscription is $48.00 per box. Once you subscribe, you will be automatically billed every 60 days.
We also offer discounts for purchasing three boxes ($131.00) or 6 boxes ($259.00 with free shipping and a free designer gift!)
Your first order will be billed immediately upon subscribing.
Subsequent boxes will be billed either: every 60 days, every 6 months, or annually, depending on the plan for which you subscribe.
Since our boxes are customized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on boxes after they're purchased.
Our boxes ship on or before the 5th of each month.
The cutoff is the 25th of the month prior. For example, if you order by May 25th, your box will ship by June 5.
Subsequent boxes will ship by the 5th of every other month.
Our boxes are highly customized, so we need time to curate your box and laser engrave your personalized item.
Of course! We hope to surpass your expectations, but if for some reason you need to cancel, simply log into your account and cancel. We cannot refund boxes already purchased, but we will stop further charges and shipments.
We're sorry, but at this time Bechoozy box is only offered for shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our services in the future.
